Delta Bottled Ink: The ink comes in Black, Blue, Brown, Green, Yellow and Red. The bottles have a 30 ml capacity. The two colors we have used the most are black and blue. We find the ink performs well. If you buy any of the top end Delta fountain pens, they come with a bottle of ink. For example, the Dolcevita pen available here, come with a bottle of ink branded for the “Dolce Vita collection”  Great accessory on any fountain pen. The Brown color, when compared with other brown inks in the market, stick out  because of the attractive, copper undertone.

A brief subjective description of the Delta Ink Colors follows:

Black – While some said this is not a true dark black, in our view, the color is  good, no gray undertone. The ink performed well in a variety of pens. Additionally, the ink does well for travelers, because the bottles are small and go well in any travel briefcase.

Blue – We have not used the blue very much, but the color is a rich royal blue.

Brown – there is a tone of copper to this brown, we really like that special undertone.

Green – Dark green, no yellow tones, compare it to an English Hunter Green tone. English Cars like the Jaguar comes in this particular green.

Yellow – It looks more of a light orange/yellow.

Red – this is a strong red with no orange or pink undertones.
