Caran d’Ache Rotation Rollerball

Just as the face of a building seems to capture the light and reach up to the sky. The Caran d’Ache Rotation pen form embraces the hexagonal shape in which the lines overlap. Their sharp edges also softened by the coil of squares lie to the eye creating a sense of vertigo. A delicate silver plating covers the body of this pen, engraved and then covered with rhodium. The name Ecridor and the hexagonal shape of the pen have been emblems to Caran d’Ache since its origin. These pens are easily recognizable by its silver finishes, and cute patterns etched into the surface by master engravers.

Since its inception in 1915, the company placed its base in Geneva. Caran d’Ache creates writing and also drawing tools using the best materials and skill work. Caran d’Ache also includes some rare skills. The art of Chinese lacquer done by hand in the old ways happens to be one of them.

Caran d’Ache Rollerball

Caran d’Ache comes from the word  “karandash,” which is the Russian term for “pencil.” Or probably the word comes from the Turkish root “kara tash,” which refers to black stone – the origins of graphite.

The Ecridor Rotation is silver-plated and coated with rhodium. It’s precision mechanics,  retro clip, a push-button activator for the ballpen and 0.7mm pencil, and a dependable steel fountain pen nib, along with an easy-flowing point on the capped rollerball, warrants comfortable writing. The Ecridor Rotations are finished in rhodium to preserve the pens’ beautiful sparkle over time. Lifetime Warranty!

Indulge yourself with this fine Caran d’Ache Rotation pen, and you will like your writing for many years.
