The production of the Souveran sleeve is labor-intensive. Once the barrel is shaped, it’s sanded with a diamond process which gives it a deep and glossy finish. Next, the original double clip at the back of the barrel and on the cap comes fixed into the material. These steps require the highest precision to obtain a seamless transition between the elements. After a final polish, they also mount the great pelican-beak clip.
